TUITION

Tuition is charged MONTHLY! Tuition is based on the number of hours a student takes a week. To figure out tuition, add up the amount of hours, regardless of how many classes the student takes. For example, a student taking two 45 minute classes would be charged the same as a student who just takes one 1 hour 30 minute class (both would be charged $75 a month).

Tuition may be paid by cash, check, automatic bank account debit or credit card. Credit or bank cards will be charged on the 15th of each month. All tuition is prepaid for the upcoming month. Monthly tuition is due on the 15th of the preceding month. Please note that tuition is the same for all months (regardless of the number of classes attended).

Payment Schedule

Monthly Rates: (10 installments August-June) Dancerz Stage does not deduct for months with 3 lessons, as we will not add to your tuition in months of 5 lessons or more. Tuition is based on the number of class hours per week and is due on the 15th of the prior month. Monthly tuition is based on 32 weeks of instruction between August and June and therefore does not change for months with Holidays. Tuition is not pro-rated for classes missed due to illness, vacation, or inclement weather Payment can be made via check, cash, Visa, or Mastercard. A $5 monthly discount is given to students who enroll in our “auto-pay” program using a valid debit or credit card.

Payment Options:

You may elect to pay tuition monthly, quarterly, partial or annually based on the following conditions:

1. Monthly Installments - All Tuition is prepaid for the upcoming month. Monthly tuition is due on the 15th of the preceding month. Tuition is based on one year of dance instruction pro-rated in monthly payments. Tuition received after the fifthtenth of the month incurs a $5.00 additional charge per week it is late. Tuition received on or after the last day of the month incurs a $25.00 additional charge. There is NO REFUND of monthly tuition.

2. Quarterly Payments - Tuition paid quarterly in advance will be discounted 2% from the standard rates. NO REFUND of quarterly tuition will be given. Same late fee applies. Tuition received after the assigned due date will incur a $15 additional charger per week it’s late. To obtain this discount, payments must be made as follows:

3. Partial Payment (50% due at enrollment and 50% due at mid-season) Partial Payment- will be discounted 5% from the standard rates.

4. Annually (All monthly tuition payment due upon enrollment) Tuition paid annually in advance will be discounted 10%. To obtain this discount, tuition must be paid in full with registration

5. Open Classes – Adults Classes are paid for at a single class rate for the convenience of adults from 18 and older wishing to try a class, or for those unable to make regular attendance. There are no registration fees required for Adult Dance or Adult Fitness Classes. The rate for single classes is higher than our discounted class cards. Ask for single class and class card pricing.

Registration Fee
This is a non-refundable application fee paid by all students to secure a place in class. The fee is $45 per child; $15 per each additional child.

Family Discounts
Family discounts apply only to immediate family members of the recreational dance program. Families with two or more children enrolled at The Dancerz Stage will receive a reduction of 10% of each monthly payment of the sibling with the fewest number of classes. This discount does not apply to gymnastics classes or parents taking Adult classes.
